Intuitive Heart: Family Constellation Retreat

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Cara Creek Eco Lodge, "Intuitive Heart: Family Constellation Retreat" invites you to immerse yourself in five days of self-discovery and connection. Each morning begins with a vitalizing and mindful practice of Hatha Yoga, followed by guided meditation to ground you in the present moment. After a break and wholesome brunch, we will meet for family constellation excersises to foster safety, opening up blind spots and experiencing the functioning of a key point of family constellation - representative perception. The afternoon is filled with a nature experiences to provide a perfect backdrop for reflection, allowing you to connect with the beauty around you. As dusk falls, we close the day in a sharing circle or small group excersise. On Saturday, we will we will have the oppertunity for a Family Constellation session for each one of you.
